The Working for Energy Project Management Office (PMO) Publishes through the Working for Energy Website its Call for Proposals.

Interested Project Developers submits project concept documents and business plans to the PMO;

On receipt of the documentation, the PMO conducts an internal technical review and prepares documentation for presentation to the Working for Energy Technical Advisory Committee.

Subject to the decision of the Technical Advisory Committee, the PMO will prepare and include the project in the Working for Energy Annual Work Plan;

The Working for Energy PMO will present the Annual Work Plan to the Working for Energy Project Steering Committee for approval

Subject to the decision of the Project Steering Committee, the PMO will issue a Conditional Notice to Proceed setting out the Terms and Conditions for proceeding on the project;

On the basis of agreement being reached and Terms and the conditions precedent being met (and at this point some additional due diligence will to be undertaken), legal documentation and Project Execution Plan will be prepared for signature by the parties;

Once legal documents and the Project Execution Plan have been duly signed, the PMO will advance in terms of the agreed conditions.
- The timing of this process will depend largely on the quality and delivery of the information required by the fund adviser from Project Developer.
